We coordinate temporary light/modified duty work assignments at local non-profit facilities based on the referral information and related criteria.
We prepare and send the work assignment documents which include the temporary work offer letter, timecard instructions , driving directions and state applicable forms.
Worksites are linked to our time tracking system with a unique employee code. Time cards are monitored and verified daily/weekly for any absences or non scheduled work hours. Employers are provided log-in credentials to review time cards and process weekly payroll.
Assessment reports to address current work status, workplace performance and attendance are completed routinely throughout the duration of assignment. Reports can be accessed by the employer through VARZIS.
