Dan Varner

 Dan Varner, President of Varner Claims Consulting, LLC has worked in the claims industry for over 30 years. With his expert knowledge and claims work experience, he started the company by consulting with clients on workplace safety related to workers compensation claims. What seemed to be a common issue among the clients he consulted with was that employers were unable to offer any light/modified duty work on site to their employees. Knowing the need existed to provide a solution that would not only benefit the employer, but also the employee, Varner shifted his consulting service to developing a light/modified duty program geared to coordinating temporary light/modified duty work assignments at a variety of non-profit organizations nationwide.
