IN TERMS OF LIGHT/MODIFIED DUTY WORK STATUS, WHAT IS RETURN TO WORK (RTW)?

If you sustain a work injury and are unable to perform your normal job duties, your employer might have a temporary return to work (RTW) light/modified duty program that may be able to accommodate the work status that your treating physician has provided from your work injury.
